Phone warranty policy
 

1. Trial policy

Applies only to used products: The guest is free to experience within 7 days, no happy can return it, H-Shop 100% refund%. However this case ladies please pay the ship themselves. 

2. Warranty term

- 18-month warranty on iPhone, iPad, Airpods, Apple Watch, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo

- 12 month warranty on Macbook

- Policy 1 changes 1 within the first 7 days of use if it is a manufacturer error (confirmed by Apple)

3. How to warranty

All devices will be brought to the warranty by H-Shop Mobile directly at the Apple Store Japan, and only the fault warranty is confirmed by the manufacturer Apple itself. 

4. Free warranty conditions at H-Shop Mobile

• Products purchased from H-Shop Mobile and also within the warranty period. 
• The product must be intact, not repaired by places other than the Apple Store. 
• Cases of faults by the manufacturer but not entitled to the regime 1 change 1, will be repaired and replaced genuine components from Apple: Home button (fingerprint sensor button), Volume Button (Volume adjustment key), iSight camera (previous camera), Receiver (clear speakers, headphone speakers), Vibe Motor (Runging kit), Speaker (Outside), Battery (Pin)... 
• Applying Apple's price support policy where the customer wants to innovate because Apple does not accept the warranty.

5. The case is not covered by a free warranty at H-Shop Mobile 

• The machine is no longer intact, determined to be open or subject to third party repair intervention. If auto-repair is considered to end the warranty at H-Shop Mobile. 
• The machine shows signs of falling to the ground, colliding with hard objects that cause the product to be deformed: dented, curved, warped, protruding, scratched, broken, broken, cracked, batch, tank…
• The machine is invaded by liquid such as water or chemicals that cause the product to be moist, moldy, rusty, lightning, making purple kneeling paper inside the machine discolored.
• No warranty when screen stripe screen and ink loang. If the customer needs it will provide replacement assistance but the guest quarter needs to pay for the component cost.
• No warranty of dead points appears due to aging of components during use. 
• No warranty when iPhone, iPad is stooped by customer's Apple icloud account.
• No Touch ID warranty, Face ID when signs of being dehydrated during use.

In case the guest is dishonest when announcing the matter to the company and letting Apple confirm the error due to the user, the customer please pay the freight, train cost to Apple store, and baito staff salary for H-Shop Mobile

6. Warranty processing time

Depending on Apple's processing time, it's usually around 7-10 days. Note the time may be longer for complex and difficult-to-define errors.

7. Other provisions

1. For products with storage hard drives, we are absolutely not responsible for the loss of personal data in the machine (documents, contacts, messages…) after the warranty is complete. 
2. If you have a need to back up data, please do it before sending the device to H-Shop Mobile.

H-Shop Mobile is very sorry and honestly apologizes to customers in case the products of the quarter are defective and must take away the warranty. We will try our best to resolve the warranty in the shortest possible time.
